Yaskawa Electric Corporation announces that Junji Tsuda, Representative Director, Chairman of the Board, President will be appointed Representative Director, Chairman of the Board, and Hiroshi Ogasawara, Representative Director, Corporate Executive Vice President will be appointed Representative Director, President, effective from 21st March 2016.
Yaskawa Electric Corporation also announce that Noboru Usami, Representative Director, Senior Executive Vice President will be appointed Director, and that Shuji Murakami, Director, Corporate Senior Vice President will be appointed Representative Director, Corporate Executive Vice President effective from 21st March 2016.
These decisions were made at the Board of Directors meeting held on 20th January 2016
Noboru Usami will finish the term of Director at the end of the general meeting of shareholders, which will be held in June, 2016.
He will then be appointed Adviser.
