The Singapore Green Building Product (SGBP) Labelling scheme is the only labelling scheme for green building products in Singapore. This scheme is recognised under the Building and Construction Authority’s (BCA) Green mark Scheme for its holistic and comprehensive approach towards sustainability criteria, enabling building products to be impartially evaluated for their relevant, noteworthy qualities, benchmarked against similar products in its category.
In July 2014, TÜV SÜD PSB Pte Ltd (TÜV SÜD PSB) joined hands with SGBC Pte Ltd to improve and fortify the SGBP labelling scheme. Now a third party broad-based labelling scheme, the industrial applications and environmental performance of SGBP is assured.
After the collaboration of TÜV SÜD PSB & SGBC, Yaskawa is the second company to receive this certification.
